Property Market Crash in 2020?
Should you wait to buy an investment property… just in case there’s a property market crash in 2020?
In 2020 some people believe the investment property market will crash… and this also applies to real estate in the US. Personally, I’m not convinced (although obviously, I may be wrong) and I think a “softening” of the investment property UK market is more likely.
But if there is a property crash or 2020 recession… should you be investing in property now?
