How to find motivated sellers in London?

Anna wrote this… “I live in London and for the past 5 years of searching I have NEVER come across a Motivated Seller!”

So… do Motivated Sellers even exist in London or indeed ANY city?

Well… the answer (perhaps unsurprisingly) is “YES”, they do indeed exist in the city… in fact, it’s where you’ll find the HIGHEST DENSITY of motivated sellers and in this video, I share why!

So first off, what exactly is a motivated seller?

A Motivated Seller is someone who doesn’t just WANT to sell… they HAVE to sell… and this can be for any number of different reasons – good or bad.

Now because they’re motivated to sell, it can mean they are willing to be either flexible on the price, or flexible on the way you construct the deal.
