Well… the truth is I will ALWAYS maintain you should be investing in property within an hours’ drive of where you live, however, I have to confess I am now seeing some pretty convincing arguments or investing in property in the North.

Now I must emphasise that what I’m sharing here is just my personal view and you must ALWAYS do your own detailed research, regardless of where you’re investing in property
