Here’s just a little bit about us…
Who Is Tony Law?
For 21 years my wife, Lianna and I ran a pretty successful kitchen company in Poole, where we live with our three children.
In the early days, we were always moving house. We’d buy a wreck, do it up and then pretty much as the last tile went down, we’d move… or at least that’s how it seemed.
Then in 2012, a dear friend and employee of twenty years, died suddenly at the age of 53 – the age I am today.
This had a huge impact on me and I started to look at everything differently.
I realised that if something were to happen to me, my wonderful wife and amazing kids probably wouldn’t be OK, because we were relying 100% on the income from our kitchen business and of course that would stop… immediately.
I knew we had to make some big changes and investing in “buy to let property” just felt right. It was something I knew a bit about, but I also knew it had the potential to give us some real security. So I learned all I could, by investing heavily in my property education.
From 40 To 80 Hours A Week
Between 2013 to 2016 I built a portfolio of investment properties and boy did I put in the hours. But the weird bit was, unlike with my kitchen business, I loved every second of it!
During the day I might be on site clearing rubble, or helping build a stud wall.
During the evening I might be in a seller’s home, trying to negotiate a Win/Win solution. A solution that worked firstly for them, but one that also made this a great deal for me.
And with each property, our passive income grew, which is an amazing feeling.
By 2016 we had a good rental income and decided to close our kitchen business. That was a very special day!
It was around then the idea for “Your First Four Houses” was born…
Your First Four Houses
The idea was simple. I wanted to help people get to investment property number 4 as quickly and as painlessly as possible.
But why property 4… why not 3, or 5, or 10?
Well… it’s because I believe new investors face their biggest challenges in the run up to getting that fourth property and as a result, often give up, before ever achieving financial freedom.
I knew I could help these people, by offering support, encouragement and education, so I started making free property related videos and uploading them to YouTube.

Why We Love What We Do
We look back on the two decades we spent running our kitchen design business and can’t help thinking… we should have acted sooner!
Since starting to invest in property our life has changed so much for the better.
We no longer work long hours and the stress has gone!
Instead, we get to enjoy life, doing the things we love and hopefully helping a few people along the way.
And it’s for this reason that we push new investors to build their own portfolio and create their own passive income…
…because honestly… it’s really not that difficult!
After all, if we can do it, you CERTAINLY can!
You're NOT Too Late
Now if you’re just starting out and maybe feeling a bit overwhelmed, don’t worry, you’re not alone and you’re certainly not too late. In fact, dare I say… your timing may be perfect!
There are lots and lots of deals out there right now, you’ve just got to educate yourself on what to do and then take tons of action.
And even if you don’t (currently) have money to invest in property, you can still build a portfolio – if you learn this one essential skill…
“You need to learn how to find GREAT deals”.
If you learn how to do this, you’ll always find ways to finance your projects.
Then it’s just a case of “rinse and repeat”.
