What Discount On A Property Investment Should You Aim For
What sort of discount on a property investment should you aim for when negotiating? 10%? 20%? More?
Well of course… it depends
It’s possible to get SERIOUSLY discounted property (BMV), but as you’ll see, sometime you might want to pay the asking price, or on occasion even MORE than the asking price!
The point here is that there is no one “percentage discount” that you should have in mind when negotiating on a property, because as I say… sometimes the asking price IS a “Below Market Value” figure!
Please keep in mind the examples I have shared here are OBVIOUSLY fictitious. Please don’t shoot me down in flames for offering them up, I just wanted to give you some loose examples.
Have I bought property SERIOUSLY below market value… absolutely! But equally, I’ve paid the asking price AND OVER the asking price.
