So how EXACTLY can “Social Media” help your property business?
Well… In two ways…
1. It can help you find BMV (Below Market Value) investment property deals.
2. It helps you raise your profile and therefore attract investors and joint venture partners
Now I’m definitely NOT saying you should be spending oodles of time on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc. But if you put SOME time in each week – you WILL start to see results.
And so with this in mind, today let me share some tips on how you can implement a few small changes to social media – and therefore start to find more investment property deals AND attract more Joint Venture partnerships (JV’s).
