My investment property business gives me a (relatively) passive income.

But before I started my property business, I had a kitchen company and when I made the switch – I made a BIG mistake!

The property business in those early days wasn’t making a profit and yet I had completely taken my eye off of the kitchen business.

As a result – profits faltered and almost overnight I became unmortgageable…

AND I DON’T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!

My suggestion therefore is to NOT go full time into property immediately. Instead, find ways to keep working whilst at the same time building your INVESTMENT property business.

Honestly… you DON’T need as much time as you think… you just need to be “UBER Efficient” with your time.
