So let’s be honest…

Whilst I am ALWAYS advising people to invest “within an hour’s drive” of where they live… sometimes this doesn’t make sense!

Why?

Well, often its simply the cost of local properties… the deals just don’t stack up

But it could also be that investing elsewhere… perhaps a few hours drive from where you live… is the clever strategic thing to do!

I have to say I am now often advising people to do just this during my Strategy Call sessions, OBVIOUSLY depending on their circumstances and the goals they have set for themselves.

But either way… what sort of things do you need to consider if you’re investing further afield?

Possibly in an area you have very little knowledge about?
