Should You Buy An Investment Property From A Sourcer?

There are lots of ways to source investment property for your property business, but should you use a deal sourcer?

If you feel this makes sense, due diligence is crucial, both on the property investment and property sourcer.

If you have any other thoughts on points that need to be considered when using a sourcer I would love you to comment below, but please refrain from recommending any individuals if that is OK.
