Lianna and I are now looking to buy our next property and we wondered if you could help us?

Because we’re new to the area we really are only just finding our feet and don’t yet have loads of (local) connections.

So what are we looking for?

Well… I want our next property to be a BRRRR deal

Specifically, I’m looking for a single let that I can buy at a great price OR where I can ad MASSIVE VALUE

If it’s unmortgageable – wonderful

BUT IT DOES NEED TO BE “OFF MARKET” where I can myself negotiate directly with the seller.
