I wanted to put together an accurate housing market 2021 forecast for you, but the truth is the one HUGE variable that will change everything is whether the government extends the deadline for the Stamp Duty Holiday.

If they do… I honestly think the market will remain buoyant for most of the year.

But if it comes to an end on the 31st of March as planned… well I reckon the UK property market will immediately stall.
