If you’re an existing landlord, do you have an up to date EICR Certificate?

EICR stands for Electrical Installation Condition Report and from the 1st July 2021, you MUST supply all existing tenants with a copy of this electrical test report.

The EICR test certificate helps ensures your rental property is safe and meets the appropriate 18th edition of the Wiring Regulations and so if you don’t have one… its time to call your Electrician! 🙂
