UK Property investing in 2020… is it time to give up?

With the second Coronavirus national Lockdown in place and with no immediate signs of house prices lowering, many people are considering calling it a day and starting again with property investment in 2021.

My view is there are people out there right now that don’t just want to sell… they HAVE to sell and they HAVE to sell right now.

If you can connect with those people are offer them WIN/WIN solutions, you can solve their problems AND get at least one more deal before the year is through.

But you need to take action NOW when so many others are giving up on 2020.
