For the past couple of months…

– Estate and Letting Agents have been closed
– There’s been (virtually) no viewings
– Very few sales
– Tenants haven’t been able (or willing) to move
– Landlords haven’t really been able to visit their properties
– Even tradespeople have been unable to carry out (some) basic maintenance
– etc. etc. etc.

But today, the government changed (slightly) the lock-down legislation and suddenly the wheels have (very slowly) started moving again
