1. Immerse yourself in everything to do with property. Watch videos, listen to property investing podcasts, read property books.

2. Attend as many property networking events as you can because it’s an awesome way to build connections with property people AND you’ll learn a lot from the speakers (I should know I ran Bournemouth pin for 6 years! 🙂

3. Buddy Up with someone who’ll hold you t account every single week and of course you hold then to account too!

4. You need to get clear on your finances. What cash do you personally have or can you get hold of?

5. Your Property Investment Strategy is next. Which is the right property strategy for you, based on your particular set of circumstances

6. Start building your Property Powerteam! You need a Solicitor, Accountant Estate Agents etc. and you need them now!

7. Lastly… you’ve got to analyse at least one investment property deal every single day. In particular, I want to you to work out exactly how much Return On Investment (ROI) you’re making.
