If you’re an existing landlord of a buy to let property or HMO, I’m sure you’ve heard plenty of “little white lies” in your time – I know I have!

But as an HMO landlord, we have an obligation to find the right tenants for our HMO’s, otherwise, we will have problems down the line.

However… Tenants Lie!

Sadly I’ve been caught out recently with one of my house of multiple occupancy and so I thought it was a perfect opportunity to highlight the problem.
