There ARE “Nightmare Tenants”…

…but they AREN’T the norm.

Most landlords with investment properties have occasional nightmare tenants and I’ve certainly had a few, butg honestly, they’re NOT the norm.

Most of mine are GREAT tenants, who look after the property and pay the rent on time

But what can you d to avoid taking o a nightmare tenant?

Well, I think there are 8 key things to keep in mind and so let me share these with you today 🙂
