Putting business systems in place and outsourcing – probably to a virtual assistant (VA) is the key to building a passive income in your property business (eMyth – Michael Gerber).

You don’t need complex business systems… you just need to document how to do a task and then – wherever possible – outsource this to a virtual assistant… and if you don’t have a virtual assistant – perhaps now’s the time to get one! 🙂

Many of us have heard of Michael Gerber – author of the famed eMyth Revisited (or is it “e myth” revisited… I never know).

If you haven’t read his book – please do so – it’s excellent- however I confess I bought his entire back end eMyth course at a cost of around £5000 at the time.

It taught me so much about business systems and outsourcing and now I try to systemise everything! 🙂
