You need investment properties with a positive cashflow to give you a passive income in retirement – but the question is……… how many investment properties do you need?

Now one of the reasons I called my company “Your First Four Houses” is because I believe you actually only need (about) 4 of the right types of investment property to become financially free.

So if you run through my six step process, I honestly feel you can build a retirement plan around a small number of investment properties with a high cashflow.
